Even though the name is not available at this moment, you can still schedule a call. When you type in the name on step 3, a pop up message will appear letting you know that the name is not available. Just hit "okay" on this screen to continue the sign up process.

While we cannot guarantee that we will have this name added in time for your child’s birthday, we will make sure to add it to our list for consideration for our next update. If the name is available by the date of the call, the name will automatically be added in to the phone call, so no extra steps will need to be taken from you.
